Four Beers and a Funeral Brewpub Crawl
In life, we all experience loss, and wIth this loss comes mourning.
The Vancouver craft beer scene is about to lose one of it’s own when
DIX BBQ & Brewery shuts its doors forever in the near future. Come
join Vancouver’s own The Carnival Band to celebrate the life of one of the best brew pubs to ever grace the downtown core, New Orleans style.
Meeting at Steamworks, the funeral procession will strike up the
band and marching towards DIX BBQ & Brewery. Once at DIX crawlers
will attend “DIX Funeral”. From there the precession will make its way
to Yaletown for “DIX Wake”. Finally a short aquabus ride takes crawlers
to Dockside Brewing for a wonderful Gastro BBQ. Come Celebrate the life of DIX BBQ & Brewery in style with Four Beers and a Funeral!
The Steamworks, DIX, and Yaletown stops will each feature appetizers
and 1 beer. The Dockside Brewing stop will feature a Gastro BBQ plate
and 2 more beers. Aquabus ride to Dockside included in the price.
Crawlers are encouraged to wear black or their Sunday best!
Only 100 tickets are available.
